Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 3 of the Queen’s Counsel Act and paragraph 27(1 )(k)

of the Interpretation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint by

letters patent under the Great Seal, the following members of the Bar of the Province

to be a provincial officer under the style of “His Majesty’s Counsel learned in the

law”:

a) F. Stephen Fitzgerald;

b) Gladys H. Dunne;

c) Jonathan £. Noonan;

d) Susan M. King;

e) Lisa M. Stead;

f) Leanne M. O’Leary; and

g) Paul M. McDonald.
