Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Leslie

Cavanagh as Special Advisor, in the Department of Immigration, Population Growth

and Skills, effective January 4, 2023, with salary at Step 6 on the 1312 Point Scale,

and with normal step progressions and general salary increases applicable to
