Under the authority of section 12 of the Forestry Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to enter into a renewal of two, ten-year Timber Transfer Agreements, substantially along the lines as attached in Annexes 1 and 2 of the Minister’s Submission, to continue to manage and cut hardwood tree species and immature softwoods in the general area of Springdale in Forest Management District 9 and the general area of St. Georges in Forest Management District 14.
