Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour
the Administrator, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint
John Joseph Hogan, K.C., as Government House Leader, with effect from January
9,2023, in addition to his duties as Minister of Justice and Public Safety and Attorney
General.
