Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and
Community Services to pre-commit funding in the amount of $660,000 against its
budgetary appropriations for 2023-24 to facilitate entering into a contract with
Deloitte Inc. for the development of a health human resource plan.
