Labour Relations Act and Independent Appointments Committee Act
Under the authority of section 6 of the Labour Relations Act and in accordance with
section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John Clarke as a Vice-Chairperson of the
Labour Relations Board, for a five-year term, effective from a current date.
