Executive Council Act
Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of
the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sean Dutton
as the Chief Information Officer, Office of the Executive Council, on an acting basis,
in addition to his duties as Deputy Minister of Digital Government and Service
Newfoundland and Labrador, effective January 19, 2023, with no change in salary
as a result of this additional assignment.(Revoked by OC2023-038)
