Act to Amend the Medical Act. 2011
Under the authority of section 40 of an Act to Amend the Medical Act, 2011, Statutes
of Newfoundland and Labrador 2022 Chapter 21, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council
is pleased to proclaim an Act to Amend the Medical Act, 2011, Statutes of
Newfoundland and Labrador 2022 Chapter 22 into force, with the exception of section
12, on May 1,2023.
