Under the authority of subsection 114(4) of the Canada Pension Plan, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to signify the consent of the Province of
Newfoundland and Labrador to the enactment of Part 5 Division 28 of the Budget
Implementation Act, 2022, No. 1, SC 2022, c. 10.
