Under the authority of section 3 of the Crop Insurance Act and in accordance with

paragraphs 21(2)(a) and (b) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint and reappoint the following members to the

Newfoundland and Labrador Crop Insurance Agency:

Appointments:

a) Manager of Agriculture Business Services, Department of Fisheries, Forestry

and Agriculture, by virtue of their position, as Vice-Chairperson; and;

b) Industry Development Officer, Department of Fisheries, Forestry and

Agriculture, by virtue of their position;

Reappointments:

c) Nathan J. Dennis, for a four year term; and,

d) Melvin J. Rideout, for a four-year term.
