Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief
Information Officer to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary
appropriations: $2,518,000 in 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26; $2,543,000 in 2026-
27 and $2,568,000 in 2027-28, to facilitate a five-year agreement with Oracle Canada
ULC for the support and maintenance of Oracle software products.
