Financial Administration Act
Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism,
Culture, Arts and Recreation to pre-commit up to $200,000 (plus HST) against its
2023-24 budgetary appropriations, to facilitate a contract with MQO Research Inc.
for the completion of the Provincial Visitor Exit Survey.
