Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the lease of office and court space measuring 9,167 square feet located at 171 Hamilton River Road, Happy Valley-Goose Bay, Labrador, occupied by the Provincial Court, from Goose Real Estate Ltd., for the period up to April 23, 2014, and, if required, on a month-to-month basis thereafter, under the same terms and conditions as the original lease but at an increased rental rate of $18.60 per square foot, exclusive of HST.
