Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 10 of the Teachers’ Collective Bargaining Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the

School Board Committee for a two-year term, with effect from a current date:

a) Alicia Sainsbury, Director of Human Resources, Newfoundland and Labrador

English School District, as School Board Representative; and

b) Brian Miller, as Chief Negotiator, Senior Advisor, Treasury Board Secretariat, as

Treasury Board Representative.
