Under the authority of section 83.11 of the Consumer Protection and Business
Practices Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make regulations
entitled “Payday Loans Regulations (Amendment)”, a copy of which is on file with
the Clerk of the Executive Council.
