Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Fisheries,

Forestry and Agriculture to pre-commit funds in the amount of $23,028.82 against its

budgetary appropriations in each of fiscal years 2023-24,2024-25, 2025-26,2026-27

and 2027-28, to facilitate a five-year lease agreement with Heska Canada Limited for

three blood gas analyzers, one blood chemistry analyzer, one hematology analyzer

and consumable supplies.
