Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority Act, Prerogative of the Crown
Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown and section 5 of the Atlantic
Provinces Special Education Authority Act of the Province of Nova Scotia, and in
accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Sharon Whalen, as a representative of
Newfoundland and Labrador on the Atlantic Provinces Special Education Authority, for
a two-year term, effective immediately.
