College Act, 1996
Under the authority of section 10 of the College Act, 1996, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to appoint Tanya Noseworthy, Assistant Deputy Minister, Post-
Secondary Education, to the Board of Governors of the College of the North Atlantic,
as a representative of the Department of Education, for a three-year term, effective
immediately.
