Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 8 of the Management of Greenhouse Gas Act and in

accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the

Newfoundland and Labrador Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund Advisory Council, for a

three-year term, effective from a current date:

a) Michelle Lethbridge;

b) Natasha Reid;

c) Richard Severs;

d) Ashley Smith; and

e) Dr. Susan Squires, Assistant Deputy Minister, Climate Change, as Chairperson.
