Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 36(1) of the Human Rights Act, 2010 and in

accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following members to the Human Rights

Commission Panel of Adjudicators, for a three-year term, with effect from a current

date:

a) Brodie Gallant, as Chief Adjudicator, on a personal basis;

b) Justin Caines, on a personal basis;

c) Daniel Glover;

d) Rodney Zdebiak.
