Hydro Corporation Act, 2007
Under the authority of subsection 6(2) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007 and in
accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Jim Haynes and
Bob Barnes as Members of the Board of Directors of the Newfoundland and
Labrador Hydro-electric Corporation, effective from a current date
