Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of paragraph 20(1 )(a) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Justice Thomas Johnson of the
Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, as nominated by the Chief Justice of the
Supreme Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, to the Judicial Complaints Panel, for a
three-year term, effective from a current date.
