Under the authority of section 3 of the Legal Aid Act and in accordance with

paragraph 9(2)(a) of the Independent Appointment Commissions Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to reappoint/appoint the following individuals to

Board of Governors of the Newfoundland and Labrador Legal Aid Commission, for

a two-year term, effective from a current date:

d) Rod Zdebiak, as Law Society Nominee;

e) Donna Strong, K.C., as Law Society Nominee;
