Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act,

the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the

Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel, for the term indicated, effective from a current date:

a) Sheilagh Murphy, Chairperson, for a two-year term;

b) John Whalen, Alternate Chairperson, for a two-year term;

c) Ron McCabe, Alternate Chairperson, for a two-yeeir term;

d) Earle McCurdy, Member, as recommended by Fish, Food and Allied Workers, for

a one-year term; and

e) William Reid, Alternate Member, as recommended by Fish, Food and Allied

Workers, for a one-year term.
