Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act
Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act,
the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following persons to the
Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel, for the term indicated, effective from a current date:
a) Brian Vallis, as Member, for a one-year term; and
b) Art Dodd, as Alternate Member, for a one-year term.
