Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act
Under the authority of subsection 19.1(6) of the Fishing Industry Collective
Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is please to set the rates of
remuneration for the Standing Fish Price-Setting Panel, as follows:
a) $2000 per day for the Chairperson and a $5000 annual retainer;
b) $2000 per day for an Alternate Chairperson;
c) $ 1200 per day for a Member and a $3000 annual retainer; and
d) $1200 for an Alternate Member.
