Pension Benefits Act, 1997
Under the authority of section 8.2 of the Pension Benefits Act, 1997 and in accordance
with sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the
Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to
provide approval for the Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland
and Labrador and the Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs, or their designates, to
enter into the Agreement Respecting Multi-Jurisdictional Pension Plans, substantially
along the lines as on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
