Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsections 4(1) and 4(2) of the Memorial University Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize Memorial University to:

a) upgrade infrastructure and equipment at the Ocean Sciences Centre to a

maximun of $2,510,000, including HST, substantially along the lines as on file

with the Clerk of the Executive Council; and

b) grant any required easements related to this project to utility companies.
