Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to form an All-Party Committee on the Establishment of a Council

for Health Quality and Performance to review models for Health Quality Councils

and approaches that have been used to establish and operationalize such Councils to

assess the potential for creating a Council in Newfoundland and Labrador, in

accordance with the Terms of Reference on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council, with membership as follows:

a) Minister of Health and Community Services, as Chairperson;

b) Two Government Members of the House of Assembly;

c) Two Official Opposition Member of the House of Assembly; and

d) One Third Party Member of the House of Assembly.
