Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as Deputy Minister of the Department of Child, Youth and Family Services, effective January 19, 2015, with salary at an appropriate step on the 2328 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, and with general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
