Under the authority of section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to move that Her Honour the Lieutenant Governor

cause a message to be delivered to the Minister of Finance and President of Treasury

Board recommending Supplementary Supply for 2022-2023 in the amount of

$20,000,000 within the vote of the Department of Finance, subhead 1.3.01 Cost of

Living Rebate.
