Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Tracy King as Deputy Minister of Indigenous Affairs and Reconciliation, Office

of the Executive Council; and Deputy Minister of Labrador Affairs, Department of

Labrador Affairs, effective April 1, 2023, at her current salary and point scale on the

Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step progressions and general salary
