Management of Greenhouse Gas Act
Under the authority of section 30 of the Management of Greenhouse Gas Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make the “Management of Greenhouse
Gas Regulations (Amendment)”, substantially along the lines as on file with the Clerk
of the Executive Council.
