Under the authority of subsection 39(3) of the Hydro Corporation Act, 2007, and

subsections 245(1), 245(2) and 245(8) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council hereby directs the Board of Directors of Newfoundland and

Labrador Hydro to establish a sales price floor for performance credits earned through

the Management of Greenhouse Gas Regulations and held by Newfoundland and

Labrador Hydro at a rate no less than that on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council.
