Public Procurement Regulations
Under the authority of subsection 18(1) of the Public Procurement Regulations, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council hereby exempts the leasing of 12,270 square feet of
office space at 28 Pippy Place in St. John’s from the requirements of an open call for
bids, for a term of 10 years.
