Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of

Transportation and Infrastructure to pre-commit funds against its budgetary

appropriations in the amount of $305,523.00 per year for fiscal years 2023-24 through

2032-33, excluding HST, to facilitate the extension of a lease agreement with Moore

Holdings Ltd. for 12,270 square feet of office space at 28 Pippy Place, in St. John’s.
