Under the authority of section 24 of the Public Service Commission Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to make an Order entitled “Public Service
Commission Act Schedule C Amendment Order, 2023”, a copy of which is on file
with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
