Provincial Health Authority Act
Under the authority of subsection 11(5) of the Provincial Health Authority Act and
section 8 of the Interpretation Act, and in accordance with paragraph 9(2)(b) of the
Independent Appointments Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased to appoint Robert Andrews, as Chairperson of the Provincial Health
Authority Board of Trustees, for a two-year term, effective April 1,2023.
