Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative

of the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint John

Joseph Hogan, K.C., as Minister Responsible for the Access to Information and

Protection of Privacy Office, with effect from April 1,2023, in addition to his

duties as Minister of Justice and Public Safety, Attorney General, and

Government House Leader.
