Environmental Protection Act
Under the authority of subsection 50(2) of the Environmental Protection Act, the
Lieutenant-Governor hereby directs that the Rocky Pond Quarry undertaking not
proceed based on its application for permit having been rejected under the Quarry
Materials Act, 1998.
