Under the authority of section 13.1 of the Fatalities Investigations Act and in accordance

with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in

Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Child Death Review

Committee, effective immediately, for a three-year term:

a) Donna Ballard K.C., Lawyer, as Vice-Chairperson;

b) Joanne Broders, Teacher; and

c) Dr. Sandra Luscombe, Pediatrician.
