Mineral Act and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 37(4) of the Mineral Act and in accordance with
paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology to
appoint George Jenner as a temporary member of the Mineral Rights Adjudication
Board, for a period not exceeding six months, to hear grievances related to:
mineral licences 27152M; 27008M; 25259M; and 27057M; and
mineral licence 33465M.
