Chartered Professional Accountants and Public Accountants Act
Under the authority of subsection 5(1) of the Chartered Professional Accountants and
Public Accountants Act, paragraph 4(a) of the Treasury Board Guidelines for Rates of
Remuneration for Boards, Commissions and Agencies and in accordance with section
22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is
pleased for the Minister of Digital Government and Service Newfoundland and
Labrador to appoint Justin Caines, on a personal basis, as a public interest member to
the Chartered Professional Accountants of Newfoundland and Labrador Board of
Directors, for a three-year term, with effect from a current date.
