Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Mark Healy as Executive Director, Infrastructure and Security, in the Office of the

Chief Information Officer, Executive Council, effective immediately, at his current

salary and Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal step

progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
