Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the

Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased for the Department of Transportation and

Infrastructure to pre-commit the following amounts against its budgetary appropriations:

$299,732.40 in each of fiscal years 2024-25 through 2027-28 and $325,096.96 in each

of fiscal years 2028-29 through 2032-33, excluding HST, to facilitate a lease agreement

for 6,728 square feet of space in Happy Valley-Goose Bay with Woodward’s Limited.
