Mineral Act and Public Service Commission Act
Under the authority of subsection 37(4) of the Mineral Act and in accordance with
paragraph 21(2)(a) of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in
Council is pleased for the Minister of Industry, Energy and Technology to appoint Liam
O’Brien as temporary Chairperson to the Mineral Rights Adjudication Board, for a
period not to exceed six months, effective from a current date, to hear the grievance
filed related to the cancellation of mineral licence 026228M.
