Provincial Court Act, 1991
Under the authority of paragraph 16(2)(b) of the Provincial Court Act, 1991 and in
accordance with section 22 of the Public Service Commission Act, the Lieutenant-
Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Christian Hurley to the Judicial Council of
the Provincial Court of Newfoundland and Labrador, for a three-year term, effective
from a current date.
