Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of

the Crown, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to confirm the appointment

of Seamus Breen as Assistant Deputy Minister, Corporate Services and Policy, in the

Department of Immigration, Population Growth and Skills, effective immediately, at

his current salary and Point Scale on the Executive Compensation Plan, with normal

step progressions and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply.
