Workplace, Safety and Compensation Act and Independent Appointments Act
Under the authority of section 22 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation
Act and in accordance with section 4 of the Independent Appointments Commission
Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following
individuals as full-time Review Commissioners to the Workplace Health, Safety and
Compensation Review Division, with remuneration on the HL-26 pay scale, for a fiveyear
term, effective from a current date:
a) John Goodland; and
b) Stacey Pratt.
