Under the authority of subsection 357(2) of the Corporations Act, the Lieutenant-

Governor in Council is pleased to convey land situated at 40 Rockland Heights,

Conception Bay South, as described in documents on file with the Clerk of the Executive

Council, to Doug and Bernice Janes for the consideration of $1.00, in a form to be

approved by the Department of Justice and Public Safety and on conditions that the

Attorney General may determine.
